Key Responsibilities:
- Finding resources for
existing and new stores, including hiring of new staff, arranging transfers,
etc.
- Ensure completeness of
HR related documentation for all staff, including generating new records and
forms (e.g. training courses attended, medical records, etc), if necessary.
- Review the current
recruitment process and documentation and making recommendations for
improvement where applicable.
- Prepare new and update
existing HR related documentation (Employee Handbook, staff grading, forms,
etc) and ensuring these are properly communicated across the organisation.
- Provide support to HQ
and company store outlets for HR related matters.
- Identify further
development and training needs for HQ and store staff.
- Handle monthly payroll
including payroll processing, overtime calculation, service points computation,
and filing of forms with statutory bodies (Labour Office, Inland Revenue
Department, Immigration, Embassy, etc.).
- Monitor employee
entitlements and benefits such as leave, medical claims, etc. to ensure
accuracy and validity.
- Provide and assist in
staff counseling and disciplinary actions where necessary, including
recommending best course of action to management.
- Assist in general administration, clerical &
reception duties or other activities that may be assigned from time to time
that are related to company’s business.
