Finance Manager

The Finance Manager oversees the Company’s fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting and audits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing information and participating in high level decisions about Company policy and strategy.
  • Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the Company.
  • Supervise financial reporting and ensuring integrity of information.
  • Reviewing financial reports and identify cost savings to improve overall financial performance.
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in financial statements.
  • Answer questions by stakeholders (internal and external) on financial statements.
  • Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax agents as and when required.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting or Professional Qualification (ACA/MIA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business drivers (incl. non-financial information) that can affect overall financial statements.
  • Strong risk management mindset and able to drive decisions based on internal and external factors that can affect the Company.
  • Able to grasp complex and technical financial matters and articulate them to management and lower levels of the organisation.
  • Strong cash management planning.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
  • Excellent ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate tasks to ensure Company objectives are completed on time.
  • At least ten (10) years’ experience in a senior finance role that includes accountability for several subordinates.
