The Finance Manager oversees the Company’s fiscal
activities, including budgeting, reporting and audits.Responsibilities include:
- Providing
information and participating in high level decisions about Company policy
and strategy.
- Monitoring
compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify and address
financial risks and opportunities for the Company.
- Supervise financial
reporting and ensuring integrity of information.
- Reviewing financial
reports and identify cost savings to improve overall financial performance.
- Investigate and
correct discrepancies in financial statements.
- Answer questions by
stakeholders (internal and external) on financial statements.
- Liaise with external
parties such as bankers, auditors, tax agents as and when required.
- Perform all other duties
as assigned and required.
