Internship For Human Resources

Job description:

  • Assist in placing job advertisements using job portals and websites.
  • Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment process for candidates including candidate tracking and scheduling of the candidate through the recruitment process, providing first line screening, managing interview schedules for candidates and HODs.
  • Assist in determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Assist in evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
  • Assist in system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined and cost effective.
  • Assist in updating monthly staff attendance.
  • Assist in processing monthly staff payroll.
  • Assist in preparing documents related to HR department.
  • Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time.


  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
