Job description:Assist in placing job advertisements using job portals and websites.Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment process for candidates including candidate tracking and scheduling of the candidate through the recruitment process, providing first line screening, managing interview schedules for candidates and HODs.Assist in determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.Assist in evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.Assist in system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined and cost effective.Assist in updating monthly staff attendance.Assist in processing monthly staff payroll.Assist in preparing documents related to HR department.Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time.
Requirements:Good written and verbal communication.Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
