Senior Marketing Executive

A Senior Marketing Executive who:

- is passionate about marketing, branding, social media and up-to-date with new trends in the market.

- is good in planning, managing and monitoring overall marketing, communications, branding and promotion activities.

- loves brand image building and monitoring consistency and compliance of corporate image and branding in line with franchisor's requirements.

- is passionate in driving sales of outlets through effective marketing strategy development.

- loves Korean food, K-Pop, K-Culture!


What you will do include but not limited to:

-Advertising & Promotions execution – plan and execute marketing, advertising & promotion programmes with the budget given.

-Social Media management – oversee & manage the brand’s social media content and work closely with Operations leadership team to resolve customers feedback on daily basis (rotation basis for weekends).

-Manage Networking – establish and maintain cooperative relationships with KOLs, celebrities and media representatives.

-Partnership / Collaboration – work closely with partners for joint promotion or collaboration.

-Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – manage KyoChingu Loyalty CRM program to drive customers loyalty and brand growth.

-Weekly & monthly report compilation – compile and update customers feedback and sales & promotions campaign performance.

-Sponsorship / voucher purchase – attend to sponsorship & voucher purchase enquiries and arrange the necessary.


Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communications.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B industry.

- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (plus point).

- Must have practical experience and proven track records in running an integrated campaign, including both off- and on-line marketing tools.

- Well versed in social media, email campaigns, PR dissemination, website development, SEO and SEM, digital publishers, digital media buys and more.

- Must be experienced in developing marketing plans, budgets and executing them to achieve the business objectives.

- Creative, driven and results oriented, with a flair for writing skills.

- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.

- Able to work independently under minimal supervision, target-oriented, responsible, and has an eye for details.
