Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table.
  • Giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink.
  • Introducing customers to our brand and menu and recommend signature menu items of the restaurant.
  • Serving food and drinks on time.
  • Dealing with bill payments.
  • Making sure tables are clean and ensure that hygiene standards are kept at all times.
  • Ensure service areas are well stocked with supplies such as napkins and tableware.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager.



Requirement:

  • At least Diploma /Degree in Hospitality Managementor its equivalent.
  • Mature and has good leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 3 years or above working experience in a casual dining restaurant.
