Operations Executive

Skills/ Requirement:

Job Description:

  • Assist Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager in coordination of activities at outlets and reporting to management.
  • Daily recording sales reports.
  • Daily tracking sales incentive reports.
  • Attend daily huddles with outlets and summarize key points for management.
  • Collaborating operations department to work across departments in the company to ensure restaurants operations are efficiently managed.
  • Summarising restaurant P&L, outlet sales report for the operations team.
  • Handle restaurant maintenance arrangement, businesses license renewal / application, and any others relevant to construction as well.
  • Coordinate and inform HR on transfer of crew and foreign worker at the outlets. Immediate update hostel name list when transferred staff stays in the hostel.
  • Proper documentation, arrangement, filing and records in compliance with the established procedures.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent. Minimum at least 1 year working experience in a related field.
