Central Kitchen Production Assistant

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CK Manager to maintain sufficient stock levels at restaurant to assure smooth operations process.
  • Coordinates with the driver and production staff to ensure goods are delivered on time to all stores.
  • Produce of semi-finished and finished food products (Halal) such as: packing of powder, cutting of chicken and vegetable, marinating of chicken, kimchi cooking & etc.
  • Promptly report the raw food material quality or shortage problems to CK Manager.
  • Ensure the production facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in working condition at all times.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the CK Manager.
  • To have initiative to conduct regular check and monitor the refrigeration temperature control points.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the CK Manager.



Requirement:

  • At least SPM or its equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
