KeyResponsibilities: Work closely with the CK Manager to maintain sufficient stock levels at restaurant to assure smooth operations process. Coordinates with the driver and production staff to ensure goods are delivered on time to all stores. Produce of semi-finished and finished food products (Halal) such as: packing of powder, cutting of chicken and vegetable, marinating of chicken, kimchi cooking & etc. Promptly report the raw food material quality or shortage problems to CK Manager. Ensure the production facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in working condition at all times. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the CK Manager. To have initiative to conduct regular check and monitor the refrigeration temperature control points. Perform all other tasks assigned by the CK Manager.
KeyResponsibilities:
Requirement:At least SPM or its equivalent. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
